At www.blueglass.dk there are the following payment options:
Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Google pay, Apple pay and shopify pay
No fees will be charged on the debit card. As the payment is completed, your payment information will be stored until the individual payment transactions have been processed.
Your payment and card information is stored with Blueglass' selected PCI (Payment Card Industry - Data Security Standard) certified partner. The information is therefore stored in a secure PCI-certified environment that complies with international security standards until the payment transactions are completed. When you use a payment card on blueglass.dk, only our - Blueglass' PCI certified partner - and not Blueglass - will have access to your card information. Processing of your card information is therefore only a matter between you and our 'PCI certified partner, even if it happens while you are using www.blueglass.dk
We will not deduct the money from your account until we have shipped your order to your address.

When you order on blueglass.dk, your delivery is free for delivery in Denmark
The expected delivery time may vary during stressful time periods (Cyber monday, Black Friday, Christmas). You can always see the expected delivery time under "Delivery" for the selected item. It will generally take between 2 and 5 working days. If the item has not been delivered privately or in a postbox / post office / delivery point, we would advise you to write an email to us at email@example.com - with order number so we can identify the package. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before you receive a feedback by e-mail. However, we strive to respond as quickly as possible.
For deliveries to Greenland, Iceland or the Faroe Islands, delivery fees can be expected.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to let us know that you will regret your purchase. You can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You can not cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Undoing part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport.
Certain items cannot be returned by regular mail. This applies to particularly large orders.
The cost of returning these items is expected to cost a maximum of: DKK 200.00.
No right of withdrawal
These agreements can not be undone:
Delivery of goods that are made to your specifications or have a clear personal touch,
The condition of the item when you send it back
If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a decrease in the value of the item
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us proof of having returned it.

Right of complaint
The Purchase Act's defect rules apply to purchases of goods.
When you shop at Blueglass.dk, you of course have a 24 month right to make a complaint if there are defects in your item. This means that you can basically get the item exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
There is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other poor handling / behavior.
How do I advertise?
If you want to complain about a product, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org - Please send us a picture of the product together with the description of the error. If your complaint is approved, we will send you a return label so that you can return the product at no cost to you.

When you are going to return an item, please let us know what the problem is. Like as detailed as possible.
Note! We do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery or similar.
Remember that the item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.

If we do not succeed in finding a solution together, you can submit a complaint to the Center for Complaint Resolution, House of Appeals, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk.
The European Commission's online complaints portal can also be used to lodge a complaint. This is especially relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints can be submitted here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr . When submitting a complaint, you must state our e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org.
Personal data policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, tel. No. and email address.
We register and pass on the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the item to you.
We pass on all your information to DAO365 or GLS, in connection with the shipment of your package.
The personal information is registered with ER92, the owner of Blueglass.dk and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

You have the right to be informed of what information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it. It can e.g. be if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it.
