We have 1-2 days delivery time. If the item has not been delivered either privately or in a postbox / post office / delivery point, we would advise you to write an email to us at with order number so we can identify the package. We offer shipping to all of EU. Island shipping may be subject to a additional delivery charge.

You can return your package for up to 31 days after receipt, as long as the glasses are not damaged or made free of the plastic they come in. You are welcome to take them out of the bag and / or case.
